When you become a Friend of Medina County District Library you are joining a long list of esteemed volunteers, donors and supporters.  Since 1907 when the Medina Library opened thanks to a donation from a wealthy farmer, to the 1960's and 70's when groups of volunteers, later called the Friends, formed libraries throughout Medina County, this support of libraries runs deep in Medina County.  Become a Friend and enjoy playing a part in making MCDL one of the top five libraries in the country year after year!
