An Evening with the Stars

Our second annual Friends of MCDL Gala Fundraiser held Friday, October 12, 2012 was a huge success.  Ten thousand dollars was raised through sponsors and silent auctions during the night.  Guests walked the red carpet, danced with the jazz band, enjoyed the talents of "Ethel Merman" mingled with "Bonnie and Clyde" and many other well known Hollywood stars thanks to the Medina County Show Biz Company.  Lucy and Desi arrived with a wave, Phyllis Diller sparkled, and even Clint Eastwood made an apperance!  

The event FULLY FUNDED THE SUMMER READING GAME AT ALL MCDL LIBRARIES IN 2013!
